Later in the month, Fabrizia Lanza of Sicily’s Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School joins in the conversation with Amy Pennington, Marie Simmons brings her Whole World Vegetarian, and local authors Becky Selengut & Matthew Amster-Burton talk Japanese cuisine and Not One Shrine.
