The 41st Annual Fremont Fair kicks off June 15th. Here’s a preview of some of the weekends’ events:
Friday Night Pre-Party, June 16th 15th (please note this correction- my apologies!) from 5-11pm
New to the Fremont Fair this year, the Main Stage Beer Garden and the Redhook Main Stage will be open on Friday. Celebrate the Solstice with beer and live music until after the sun goes down.
Solstice Parade-Saturday, June 16th
Celebrate Fremont with the whimsical Solstice Parade, produced by the Fremont Arts Council. Arrive early to stake your claim- it gets crowded. After the parade, shop, eat, mingle and drink in the ‘Center of the Universe’.
Dads and Dogs Day-Sunday, June 17
Bring Dad and your pooch down to the fair at 2:30pm to participate in a one-of-a-kind pup procession! Costumes encouraged.
The Waterfront and Main Stage Beer Gardens are presented by the Fremont Chamber of Commerce. Rock out to live music on the Redhook Main Stage and wander around through the over 300 arts and crafts vendors.
Mark your calendar-you may want to take Monday off.
