How Would Proposed Mandatory Sick Leave Ordinance Affect You?

The Seattle City Council has begun considering a proposal to require private employers in Seattle to provide paid sick leave. It’s an issue with profound effects on employers and employees.

The Fremont Chamber of Commerce is inviting Fremonsters to join a balanced debate of the proposal that will also allow folks to learn more about how this ordinance could affect them and their business.

The forum will be moderated by broadcast journalist Deborah Brandt and will include Marilyn Watkins (Economic Opportunity Institute), Jody Hall (Cupcake Royale), Carl Gipson (Washington Policy Center), David Black (Seattle Society of Human Resources Management).
