Why can’t they get it right?

I am a lover of vegan baked goods and have sampled many (in every city I visit and in all my own kitchen experiements). Vegan baked goods are generally delicious. You actually have to try to mess them up.

But for some reason Flying Apron can’t get it right. I am baffled that they are still in business.

I’ve given them several opportunities (I even got my last birthday cake there), but everything I’ve tried has been terrible. The texture is always too heavy, and the flavors are off.

Vegan, and even gluten-free, baking is not hard. They should be able to get it right. I would much rather bake my own treats than taste anything else from this place.

Another bakery greats. How I wish all bakeries are into this toxic-free advocacy.

I love this bakery! I shop there every time I'm in Seattle, and everything I've ever tried is yummy. My fav is the chocolate cupcake.
